Included, not extra

What every membership includes.

A membership is a full office, not a rented chair. Everything a real downtown office has comes with it.

  • An open desk in the common room
  • The conference room when you need it
  • The kitchen and coffee bar
  • Printing on site
  • Private nooks for calls and focus
  • Books, games, and quiet corners
  • Parking right out front
  • A professional Main Street address

Who it’s for

Built for the one-person operation, not the franchise.

A membership exists for the freelancer, consultant, or advisor who has outgrown the kitchen table and the coffee shop but cannot justify a downtown lease.

01

The coffee shop alternative. A real desk, a place to take a call, and a door to meet a client behind, without the noise or the line at the counter.

02

Affordable on purpose. The Lodge was restored so people who could not otherwise afford a downtown office can have one. The math is the point.

03

Month to month. No commercial lease and no long contract. Start when you are ready, adjust as your work changes.

“Great place, very cool inside and worked perfect for my business. Plenty of options for open workspace, office etc. Plus they have printing services, kitchen, conference room, books, games, and more right in the heart of Edwardsville!”
