Terms of service.
The plain-English rules for using this website. Nothing surprising here: use the site fairly, and know that a tour request or a quote is not final until we confirm it.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lodge.localcraftdigital.com (the “Site”), operated by The Lodge, a coworking space at 231 N. Main Street, Edwardsville, IL 62025 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Last updated July 23, 2026.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, infringe anyone’s rights, transmit spam or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with its normal operation.
Inquiries, tours, and requests
The forms on the Site let you contact us and ask about membership, a private office, the conference room, a day pass, or a tour. Submitting a form does not create a contract or a confirmed booking, and any pricing, availability, or estimate shown or discussed is not final until we confirm it with you directly. We may decline or cancel a request at our discretion.
Membership and payments
When you sign up for or pay for a membership, day pass, private office, or conference room, you do that through Cobot, the coworking management platform we use. Your account details and any payment information are entered on Cobot’s own pages and processed by Cobot and its payment partners under Cobot’s terms and privacy policy. The Lodge does not see or store your full card number. Plan terms, billing dates, cancellation, and any refunds are governed by the plan you select at signup and by our house policies. If you have a question about a charge or a cancellation, contact us and we will help sort it out.
House rules and access
Use of the physical space is subject to our posted house rules and any membership agreement you enter into at signup. We may suspend or end access for conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, disruptive to other members, or in breach of those rules or your plan.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout, are owned by The Lodge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute the Site’s content without our permission.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, correct, or up to date. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and embeds services we do not control, including Cobot for membership signup, a Matterport virtual tour, and a Google Maps directions link. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lodge and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Lodge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
