This policy explains what The Lodge collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and how to reach us about it. The Lodge is a coworking space at 231 N. Main Street, Edwardsville, IL 62025. Last updated June 2026.
What we collect
Two things, and only two.
What you type into the contact form. When you fill out our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you choose to add one), and the message you write. You give us this information on purpose so we can write you back, set up a tour, or answer your question.
Basic, anonymous website analytics. Like most websites, ours records simple, aggregate visit data, such as which pages were viewed and roughly where visitors came from, through a first-party analytics tool. This is used to understand whether the site is working, not to build a profile of you, and it does not capture form contents unless you submit the form.
Why we collect it
We use the contact-form details for one reason: to respond to you. A real person reads what comes through and replies by email or phone to help with membership, a private office, the conference room, a day pass, or a tour. We use the anonymous analytics to keep the site fast and useful.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not run advertising networks on this site. The only people who see your contact-form message are the people who run The Lodge.
Membership signup and payment happen on Cobot
When you join or pay for a membership, day pass, or office, you do that through Cobot, the coworking management platform we use. Your account details and any payment information are entered on Cobot’s own pages and handled under Cobot’s privacy policy, not here. The Lodge never sees or stores your card number.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages for as long as we need them to help you and to keep a record of our conversation. If you would like us to delete your message and details, just ask and we will.
Cookies
This site uses only essential, first-party analytics and does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because the only data collected is first-party and aggregate, there is no third-party ad profile being built from your visit.
